You should see Attachments right under the text box a section that says
(Attachments) Look far to the right side.------>
1.Hit the Green ADD button.
2.Browse for your file or picture.
3.Hit the Green UPLOAD button.
Now you can choose your attachment were it says (Manage Current Attachments) Right above the ADD & REMOVE Buttons.
